FAQS
Absolutely. Any known allergies or intolerances will always be taken into account when looking at your diet.
We can also explore whether particular foods appear to be contributing to the way you're feeling and look at suitable alternatives together.
It’s an informal opportunity for us to talk about how you’re currently feeling, any concerns you have and what you’d like to improve.
You can ask any questions, I can explain how I work and offer some initial guidance, and we can decide whether one of my programmes might be right for you.
There’s absolutely no obligation to go any further.
We start by looking at you as an individual — your current diet, lifestyle, health history, symptoms and goals.
From there, we’ll identify realistic areas where small changes could make a difference and create an approach that fits your everyday life.
You’ll then have ongoing support as we review what’s working and make adjustments along the way.
You don't have to, but I recommend it.
It gives us the chance to talk before you commit to anything and means I can gather some of the information we'd otherwise cover during your initial consultation.
If you then decide to go ahead with a programme, you'll receive a £25 reduction because we've already completed some of that initial work.
Registered dietitians are healthcare professionals regulated by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and the title “dietitian” is protected by law.
Naturopathic nutrition takes a different approach, looking at food, lifestyle and the individual as a whole.
I hold a Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) and use my training to help clients make practical, manageable changes to the way they eat and live.
Naturopathic nutrition is complementary to, rather than a replacement for, medical care.
