Put an end to feeling moody/tired/sick/bloated

when nothing seems to alleviate the pain you're feeling, there's

one thing you might not have tried

It’s never fun feeling like rubbish.

Especially if you feel you eat well.

And you exercise.

It’s like there's a secret to feeling on top of things, but you just haven't found it yet.

You try your best to eat well, but nothing seems to make you feel better

You can’t remember a time when you had clear skin.

You feel like you hardly eat anything – so why are you overweight?

Your mind often feels foggy, and you find it hard to concentrate.

You lose weight but it comes right back again.

You’re tired all the time

The list of symptoms goes on and on, and even worse, you may be experiencing them all at once.

When there's no obvious cause for the way you’re feeling, you start to ask yourself: .

What’s wrong with me?

But here’s the thing:

It’s not you.

It's not your fault.

“Hi I'm Becks.

I know what it's like to not feel yourself, where you want to find a way of feeling better that doesn't involve constant doctor visits and prescription medicines.

I looked for alternative options to combat ongoing sinus infections and fatigue, and discovered how much of a difference changing the way I ate could make

Just by making changes to my diet, I said goodbye to the chemist and experienced a massive improvement in my overall wellbeing.”

At Single Step Nutrition, the aim is to help you reach and maintain improved health.

It begins with getting a deeper, clearer understanding of you and the symptoms you want to address,

and then looks to make changes to the foods you eat.

Personalised to you - because your symptoms and experiences are yours and yours alone.

It starts with you

Easy, gradual changes without the drama

The good news is that many symptoms can be eased using a system that:

And unlike some of the more well-known diet approaches:

Doesn't need surgery

It won't be complicated

Takes an easy to implement, gentle approach to

changing your eating habits

It won't leave you feeling guilty for the odd cake or glass of wine

Focusses on what works best for you

It won't really feel like a diet

the only approach that uses food to fuel you AND fix you

Single Step Nutrition is based on the Naturopathic Nutrition approach, combined with

traditional Oriental medicine and Western nutrition practices

Together we'll identify the different foods that might be triggering your symptoms, and then gradually

remove or switch them for better, healthier alternatives.

The tweaks are small and manageable.

You’re less likely to feel pressured or restricted.

You’re much more likely to stick to the changes you make.

Get started for free

With a free 30 minute health check you’ll learn how you can start using food as medicine and

get an understanding of how to identify potential triggers..

You’ll get some easy tips you can begin with, and you'll also see that there's plenty of choice.

Healthy living isn’t just a case of  "eat a lot of kale and drink water" 🙂

We’ll  also discuss the programme options that are available to you, if you would like some

support and guidance on your way.

If you’re experiencing any of these symptoms:

Digestive issues / IBS

Auto-immune conditions

Food sensitivity or intolerances

Issues with weight management

Low energy or fatigue

A weakened immune system

Mood disorders

Joint pain/inflammation

Poor sleep

It's definitely worth having a free health check to see how you can start to address them.

What Are Customers Saying ?

I was not eating healthily, had fallen out of love with cooking and didn't have the bandwidth to think of fresh healthy things to cook let alone creating a shopping list.

Rebecca came back to me with a plan for breakfast, lunch and dinner for two weeks, including shopping lists.

I wanted to cook everything from scratch (to avoid all processed food) and to avoid food waste as much as possible and this was taken into account.

The recipes Rebecca has given me are so delicious, they feel very healthy.

Within a couple of days my stomach was flatter and within a couple of weeks I'm feeling great, more awake, slimmer, noticeably better skin, and more energy and I don't want to snack.

I'm enjoying cooking again now I have a plan and the shopping lists. They use flavours and combinations of ingredients I never would have come up with myself. I will definitely be asking Rebecca to design another plan for me.

FAQS

My symptoms aren't listed. Could nutrition support still be suitable for me?

Everyone is different, so the best place to start is with a free health check.

We can talk about what you're experiencing, your goals and whether nutritional support is appropriate for you.

If I don't think I'm the right person to help, I'll tell you.

Will I be able to stop taking my medication?

Nutritional support is not a replacement for medical care or advice from your doctor.

You should never stop taking or change prescribed medication without discussing it with the healthcare professional responsible for your care.

What if I don't like some of the foods you suggest?

We'll find something else!

This is about finding an approach that works for you. There's little value in creating a plan full of foods you dislike or changes you know you won't want to maintain.

We'll work together to find nutritious options that you can actually enjoy.

Do I have to give up treats and desserts?

Definitely not!

I'm a firm believer in nutritious food, but I also love chocolate and puddings.

Part of making healthier eating sustainable is finding a balance rather than feeling that everything you enjoy is suddenly forbidden.

We can even explore different ways of making some of your favourites.

What will I need to do before starting?

I'll send you a few forms to complete before your first consultation. These give me some background and help us make the best use of our time together.

You'll also complete a food diary so I can understand what you currently eat, your preferences and your eating habits.

Apart from that, bring an open mind and be prepared to try some small changes. I'll be there to support you along the way.

What's the food diary for?

Your food diary gives me a picture of what you normally eat — not what you think you should be eating!

It helps me understand your current habits, likes and dislikes and gives us a useful starting point when creating recommendations specifically for you.

What happens during the initial consultation?

We'll take a detailed look at your current health, diet and lifestyle, including your health history, any ongoing concerns and your goals.

We'll then start identifying areas where nutritional and lifestyle changes could support your health and agree on realistic steps to begin with.

What's included in my nutrition plan?

Your initial plan will include meal ideas, recipes and practical guidance based around your individual needs and goals.

As we move through the programme, we'll look at what's working, what isn't and how you're feeling, making gradual changes along the way.

The aim isn't simply to hand you a meal plan — it's to help you better understand the foods and habits that work for you so you're equipped to continue long after the programme finishes.

What happens during the follow-up calls?

We'll talk about the changes you've tried, how you've found them and how you've been feeling.

If something isn't working — whether that's a particular ingredient, meal or simply a change that's difficult to fit into your life — we'll look for another approach.

Most importantly, the calls give you continued support and encouragement.

Even seemingly small changes can sometimes feel like a big step, and you don't have to make them alone.

When are appointments available?

I offer some flexibility around appointment times, including evenings and weekends where possible.

Your initial consultation is longer than your follow-up calls, so we'll find a time that gives us plenty of opportunity to properly discuss everything.

How do I pay?

Payment is made by bank transfer. A 50% payment is required before your initial consultation to secure your booking.

I'll explain the remaining payment schedule before you commit to the programme and provide all the details you need.

Mon-Fri 9:00 - 20:00. Weekends available on request.
