About Rebecca Wilson
Hi I’m Rebecca (Becks).
I want to help people understand they have options along their journey to good health, beyond over-used and often over-prescribed medicines or difficult to stick to and unrealistic diets.
I aim to give honest, straightforward, personalised advice in a down to earth and easy to follow way and will give as much or as little support as needed.
I’m a food-loving mum of two beautiful boys (5 years old and 2 years old). Before having children, on several occasions I was unwell with sinus infections and fatigue, so I started to look for alternative ways to either deal with poor health or avoid it altogether.
I’m really interested in researching what and how fruit and vegetables can heal the body instead of using medications (antibiotics, pain relief and decongestants) and spent several years studying Naturopathic Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine.
When I’m not kickboxing or being outdoors, I like to swim in the sea when I can (although a clean pool will do) and being out in the countryside. Whilst normally healthy, like many people I sometimes experience low mood and/or racing thoughts, back problems, occasional dairy intolerance, procrastination and lazy-sofa-itis. The way I deal with these things is by making sure I eat foods that are right for me and my situation at the time, which has helped me reduce the discomfort that all these issues have caused me in the past,
I’m a massive fan of healthy food but I’ll confess I also really like raw chocolate and raw desserts – being healthy doesn’t have to mean giving up pudding…
